Overview
Join the Web Experience and Digital Communications team to support the optimisation, governance, and performance of INSEAD’s websites. This internship focuses on improving content quality, user experience, and search engine visibility by applying SEO and UX best practices. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with AI tools and performance analytics to support continuous website improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• CMS Governance & User Management
  Assist with CMS workflows, user access management, content template maintenance, and documentation of best practices to support consistency and usability.
• Content Optimisation for SEO & Engagement
  Apply SEO and UX principles to improve existing content, metadata, and site structure, ensuring alignment with user intent and institutional priorities.
• AI Tools Implementation & Enablement
  Help pilot and document AI-driven tools for content creation, editing, and optimisation. Provide basic training support for users where needed.
• Quality Assurance & Accessibility
  Support routine audits to maintain content quality, accessibility compliance, and adherence to web standards and brand guidelines.
• Performance Reporting & Insights
  Assist in monitoring traffic and engagement metrics (e.g. via Google Analytics, Search Console), contributing to regular reports and identifying areas for improvement.
• Cross-team Collaboration
  Work closely with web editors, content creators, the marketing & Recruitment team, and Digital (IT) colleagues to support web-related projects and troubleshooting.
• Website Enhancements & Testing
  Participate in user testing, feature testing, and experimentation (including A/B testing) to support UX and content strategy improvements.
