Conduct and lead internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of the company’s ethical standards or non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations or company policy.
Prepare clear, comprehensive and cohesive investigative reports in a timely manner.
Foster positive relationships with collaborators crucial for achieving success.
Work independently with minimal direction, yet function within the company structure and to build an environment of teamwork and partnership with the team and stakeholders.
Conduct appropriate and effective root cause analysis of non-compliances and suggest accurate action in the control environment to minimize re-occurrence.
Stay up to date on trends relating to fraud, fraud schemes and cyberattacks.
Prioritize and manage multiple global investigations from start to close.
Conduct trainings related to our Code of Conduct and other risk areas.
Bachelor’s degree required. CPA preferred. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required.
2+ years of investigation - compliance experience.
5+ years of related experience, working in a global environment.
Must be proficient in English and Spanish. The ability to speak other languages is a plus.
Proven understanding of financial accounting, global laws/regulations, and best practices.
Experience conducting compliance-related interviews and investigations.
Experience in crafting and delivering compliance related trainings.
Experience in data analytics providing evidence-based insights.
Ability to travel in the U.S. and internationally, sometimes with little notice.
