About the opportunity:
We are on a mission to disrupt the car ownership experience and help people who rely on their vehicles everyday save time and money on one of their most expensive, time-consuming and high-maintenance assets. In April 2023, we became one of the first companies to develop on top of Open.ai’s ChatGPT and successfully launched our first LLM-driven chatbot that is now resolving more than 70% of incoming inquiries! The key difference between our approach and other AI chat services is that while our system uses foundational models to answer user questions, we’ve also built a prompt engineering software that enables us to build, test, and deploy new virtual agents very efficiently.
The impact that our chatbot had on our conversion and retention rates as well as our OPEX was so tremendous that in October 2023, we launched a SaaS version of our virtual agent system: Propelix.ai. We are live in market with early customers and have significant traction within the insurance vertical.
As we continue to build and expand Propelix, we would love to have a sharp new graduate with a knack for data and problem-solving join us as an Associate Product Manager! We are in growth mode and have aggressive plans for our product to scale our business over the next few years. How you will make an impact:
Conduct in-depth user research to uncover and understand pain points.
Design product roadmaps to accurately outline the vision, scope, and direction.
Collaborate with our world-class engineers, designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to build, launch, improve, and maintain the product.
Measure success of product post-launch with data.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline, ideally STEM, finance or economics (we are looking for structured thinking and the ability to analyze data)
Any internship, co-op or summer work experience is an asset
