Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 10+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the global marketing strategy for the next generation of PCs across consumer and commercial channels.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional marketing discipline leads, sales teams, and channel teams across regions to drive sales strategy and execution.
  • Provide strategic support and integrated leadership, facilitating cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the Compute Marketing budget, collaborating with Compute Marketing Teams, BU, Sales, and regions.
  • Participate in projects focused on the strategic growth of the compute business by identifying key insights from data, competitive environment, industry trends, and operating metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between the Marketing VP and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas and presentation materials for key executive meetings.
  • Represent the Marketing VP in meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communications for internal and external customers.
  • Provide strategic oversight of the Compute Marketing budget, collaborating with Compute Marketing Teams, BU, Sales, and regions.
  • Plan necessary marketing and HC investments to meet strategic goals, in collaboration with HR and finance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure effective ways of working within the Compute marketing team matrix and across other Marketing teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Culture team and HR to build a highly skilled and engaged team.

  • Synthesize feedback and identify themes/patterns to make recommendations that enhance ways of working, drive consistency, and align with priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills - easily adapting content to audience, with a dynamic ability to respond to a growing and emerging business.
  • Familiarity with cutting edge marketing practices, automation and CRM tools.
