Purple Carrot provides plant-based meal kits through a subscription service. Customers receive fresh ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes delivered to their doors as part of a regular meal plan. The product works by charging recurring payments and sending weekly or biweekly boxes with all ingredients and instructions needed to prepare vegan or vegetarian meals at home. The company differentiates itself from competitors by focusing specifically on plant-based nutrition and sustainability, appealing to health-conscious consumers who want to reduce meat consumption. It also expands its reach through gift cards and a share-a-box option to encourage referrals. The goal is to make convenient, healthy, planet-friendly meals accessible and scalable through subscriptions and word-of-mouth growth.
