Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in program management roles, experience with GTM strategies in collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Management, and a background with external-facing B2B SaaS products in a large tech company required.
  • Exceptional program management skills (PMP or similar certification preferred) with experience designing processes, driving adoption and leading organizational change
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving solving and critical thinking skills with bias toward customer-and-data-first decision-making approach
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way with shown capabilities of engaging with people at all levels of the organization
  • History of being a self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing objectives
  • Proficiency in Wiki, Jira, SharePoint, Workfront, and MS Office tools preferred
  • Must have the ability to collaborate in-person weekly with team in our San Jose Headquarters
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Management (PM) to deliver product strategy and execution of supporting plans, programs, processes, and associated activities
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to deliver announcements, industry and enterprise events, and product releases.
  • Build working relationships across the organization and its ecosystem (10+ global teams) to program lead critical initiatives, address business issues, define solutions, facilitate approval and implementation
  • Drive product roadmap planning and ensure accurate translation into product portfolio review cadence, working in close collaboration with Engineering and Product Marketing
  • Own release enablement process to ensure readiness against a pre-defined set of milestones and requirements
  • Support Adobe Commerce Business Operations by driving programs such as goal setting, executive product reviews, and pre/post-sales interlocks
  • Champion implementation and adoption of the Digital Experience standard product life-cycle methodology and business processes by facilitating cross-enterprise engagement and alignment
  • Take a portfolio view of all plans to prioritize activities, optimize outcomes and accelerate delivery
