Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in the creative advertising industry at an agency
  • A portfolio with integrated campaign work and a high level of craft
  • Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Experience with Figma and Google Slides
  • Comfortable with production and post-production
  • Client-facing presentation skills
  • Demonstrated creative success
Responsibilities
  • Provide comping skills on multiple projects
  • Understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends
  • Develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters
  • Collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion
  • You will concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously
  • Manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish
  • Collaborate with Producers, Designers, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the project
  • You appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on brief
  • Partner with Account teams to manage client and internal expectations
  • Rally, mentor and support junior associates to meet project goals on time, on budget and with an unforgiving eye on quality
  • Give and receive constructive feedback
