Requirements
  • 1+ years of work experience (data entry or administrative experience a plus)
  • Working knowledge of common computer systems and programs
  • BA/BS required
  • High attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Enter and assign all leads sent by email from Partners, NEXT sales reps or NEXT website
  • Update the quote price(s) and status in Salesforce for the insurance sales advisor
  • Assist sales department by calling or emailing for client information
  • Perform other functions to support the Sales Department
  • Assist producers in developing existing accounts along with marketing and coverage analysis in support of the producer
  • Provide quality submissions to up to 13 carriers - inside and outside of carrier systems
  • Analyze and evaluate new risks
  • Ensure accurate file and database set up
  • Partner with sales staff. Communicate accurate information
  • Attach documentation and communications in Salesforce
  • Performs quality control on all new sales being issued with carriers to ensure proper classification and documentation
  • Demonstrate a proactive and systematic approach to information gathering, analysis and problem solving
  • Communicating carrier risk appetites /carrier information and target classes of business with sales producers & management
