Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a production role, with at 2 years in a leadership role from prototype to final on a shipped console or PC game
- Experience of Agile development processes on a game development team or a deep desire to learn and grow this knowledge
- In depth understanding of how production functions in game development and the need for creative space to experiment, adapt and learn
- Adaptable and empathetic team facilitator and communicator who can motivate and manage across multiple disciplines and partners creating an inclusive team culture for all
- Proactive risk management with a keen eye for when escalation is needed
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong capability to manage multiple complex priorities
Responsibilities
- Partner with creative and technical leadership to take a project from pitch through prototype shepherding it through the greenlight process
- Scale Agile Production processes and production team at Timbre in collaboration with Production and Studio leadership, fostering innovation in this space
- Scope and manage the project budget as well as develop and review project roadmaps, including milestone deliveries, with quality as the focus for success
- Create a coaching culture by guiding the team through challenges and empowering them to identify solutions
- Help your team to achieve their career goals and professional growth
- Become an expert in and devise best practices in Favro, our collaborative planning tool in partnership with wider production team
- Partner with recruitment on inclusive and diverse hiring, building a team from the ground up to execute on the project's vision
- Drive and foster a player experience culture of development while also participating in playtests, giving feedback on the game with an eye for quality
