Full Stack Developer

Mission Focus: Performing Modernization and enhancement, Operations and Maintenance, and Development on an existing web-based system to improve security, user functionality, stability, and cost efficiencies. 

Clearance: Top Secret

Location/Flexibility: Remote with a possibility for occasional travel

Responsibilities: 

The Full Stack Developer will:

• Develop, research, design, implement, test, and evaluate software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development, that enable computers to performer their applications, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
• Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Consult with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of the overall system
• Develop and direct software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

Expert: BS degree and 11+ years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma and 14-17 years of relevant experience

Senior: BS degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma and 9-13 years of relevant experience

Mid: BS degree and 3+ years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma and 6-8 years of relevant experience

Junior: BS degree OR HS Diploma and 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Oracle Certified Associate/Professional Java Developer (OCA/OCP)
• Knowledge of application development, testing & integration, and Agile software development practices
• Experience using Git and experience managing development artifacts such as code repositories inside GitLab
• Solid understanding of data analytics and proven experience building live and intelligent dashboards
• Understanding of DoD software development practices, STIGs, and security guidelines
• Experience managing software development team(s) through a complete software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Full-stack Application development experience using languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, NodeJS
• Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Understanding of DevSecOps concepts and cloud environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work with minimum direction and guidance from senior technical staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the following tool sets: SharePoint, Testflight, Attack the Network Toolsuite (ANTS), ArcGIS, Analyst Notebook, CIDNE
• Experience working in cloud environments
• Security+ Certification

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at times.
