  • Deep hands-on Klaviyo experience, including flows, segmentation, campaigns, quality assurance, testing, reporting, and deliverability.
  • Experience executing and reporting on A/B testing methodologies, interpreting cohort behavior, forming clear hypotheses, and translating test results into optimized customer journeys.
  • Experience independently building processes and operating models from scratch.
  • Experience independently owning lifecycle or retention strategy rather than only producing email campaigns.

  • Ability to create clear, persuasive, action-driven copy and improve performance using testing and customer insight.
Responsibilities

  • Identify customer risk and opportunity, design appropriate interventions, measure impact, and continuously improve the customer journey.

  • Own lifecycle activation and optimization of Mixam Rewards, including member onboarding, points education, redemption activation, tier progression, loyalty-triggered journeys, lapsed-member reactivation, testing, and reporting.
  • Own lifecycle segmentation and customer-journey strategy across markets using customer behavior, product affinity, purchase history, market, lifecycle stage, engagement, and loyalty status.
  • Launch and own SMS, including consent and preference capture, segmentation, channel governance, lifecycle use cases, testing, and reporting.
  • Partner with Data to define retention metrics, including repeat purchase, churn, reorder timing, lifetime value, reactivation, and cohort behavior, and turn them into automations and testing that drive revenue.
  • Build, run, and report on an A/B testing roadmap across messaging, offers, flows, and creative assets.
  • Partner with Marketing, Data, Pricing, Product, and Customer Operations.
  • Partner with Design on creative assets and templates while owning messaging, copy direction, lifecycle strategy, and performance.
  • Use analytics, automation, and artificial-intelligence-enabled tools responsibly to increase insight, testing velocity, and workflow efficiency while protecting quality and brand standards.
  • Assess Mixam’s lifecycle technology stack and recommend a long-term operating model across Klaviyo, HubSpot, SMS, data, consent, automation, reporting, and integrations.

Mixam is an online printing platform that helps individuals, self-publishers, and businesses order custom print products like books, magazines, brochures, comics, and marketing materials. Users upload files, receive instant price quotes, and use a free online proofing tool that checks for issues, with a shareable online flipbook for multi-page orders. It includes PrintLink, a print-on-demand service that lets creators sell directly to customers with no upfront costs, printing items only when ordered. Mixam supports small digital print runs and large offset printing, with pricing improving at higher volumes, and aims to simplify the entire printing process from quotation to fulfillment across a global footprint.

  • Mixam's Shopify-connected PrintLink expands creator commerce and recurring order flow.

What critics are saying

  • If PrintLink volume stalls, Mixam becomes a commodity broker facing brutal price competition.
