- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls by coordinating the timing of processing with leadership, and analyzing all payroll data, and reconciling results
- Manage payroll processing including collecting and inputting data
- Ensure all employee data records are up to date including benefits changes, terminations, pay change, etc.
- Ensure payroll liabilities are accurate by reviewing the taxes including federal, state, local, SS, etc.
- Prepare tax reports for management
- Prepare and file all required tax reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Reviews and validates all payroll voids and adjustments
- Researches federal, state, and local tax law requirements and regulations and ensures company is in compliance
