Job Description:
Provides receptionist and clerical support in preparing, coordinating and compiling patient records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
Scope
1.Establish, inventory and replenish adequate supply levels, including exchange and parcarts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments.
2. Documents all supply replenishment performed enter issues/ credits, patient care equipment and charges.
3. Processes patient and supply charges for interfacing and dayclose activities
4. Monitors, rotates, removes and documents all outdated and overstocked supplies, checking for any damage to items.
5. Enters supply replenished par level forms, including par, Pyxis inventory, or exchange carts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments.
6. Verifies inventory and control levels for all nursing and schedules ancillary departments.
7. Physically stocks, and pick needed supplies for delivery to nursing and ancillary departments.

9. (All SCL jobs) Performs other duties as assigned.
10. (If applicable) May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
11. (If applicable) May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
