Digital Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Digital Analyst, you will blend data-driven insights with strategic training development to empower clients with innovative solutions. Drawing from your expertise in digital analysis and transformation, you’ll evaluate customer journeys across digital channels, identify trends, and craft insights that drive action. Simultaneously, you will design and deliver training programs tailored to client needs, ensuring their teams can leverage these insights for improved performance and customer outcomes.
In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project stakeholders to develop learner-centric solutions that integrate digital tools with human-centered design. You will collaborate on building intuitive training materials and deployment strategies while continually refining them to maximize engagement and efficacy. By combining your experience in strategy design and client management with training delivery expertise, you will ensure that the learning environment is effective, interactive, and aligned with business goals. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You’ll Work On:
Analyze digital customer behaviors and provide actionable insights using web analytics tools.
Develop and deliver training programs focused on digital analytics, workflow optimization, and system improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs to design learner-focused training solutions that foster engagement and promote best practices.
Apply change management principles and adult learning methodologies to create training programs that support digital transformation and technology deployment.
Oversee the integration of data insights into training solutions, ensuring that learning is adaptive and practical.
Lead training initiatives for diverse audiences, ensuring that training materials, resources, and strategies meet the unique needs of various stakeholders.
Support client engagement efforts through comprehensive project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination.

You Have:
2+ years of experience in strategy design, client engagement, and training development
Experience with web analytics tools and digital analysis for customer insights
Experience in workflow optimization, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
Experience designing and delivering virtual, in-person, and on-demand training programs
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead large-scale project initiatives
Bachelor’s degree
Nice to have:
Experience with the Veteran Affairs (VA) agency
Experience in managing cross-agency initiatives and healthcare transformation projects.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
