- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on electronics technician experience
- Strong proficiency in PCB assembly, rework, and component-level troubleshooting
- Experience with RF circuits and testing tools (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers)
- Proficient in soldering under a microscope; IPC-610/IPC-7711/7721 certifications preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with military or aerospace electronics standards is a plus
- DOD or Aerospace industry experience preferred
- Education: Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent military training and experience
- Preferred Experience: Working in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality-controlled environment
- Experience with environmental or vibration testing a plus
- Familiarity with ESD and cleanroom protocols
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electronic assemblies and circuit boards (PCBs)
- Perform detailed soldering and rework on surface mount and through-hole components under a microscope
- Diagnose and repair electronic assemblies to the component level using schematics and test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
- Support RF circuit testing and tuning using RF test equipment
- Collaborate with engineers on design validation and prototyping efforts
- Document findings, repairs, and processes in accordance with quality standards and procedures
- Maintain and calibrate test and measurement equipment as needed
- Follow industry standards (IPC/J-STD) and safety protocols
- Experience with ESD and cleanroom protocols
- Familiarity with environmental or vibration testing
- ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality-controlled environment experience
- DOD or Aerospace industry experience preferred
