Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, with the applicable experience requirement dependent on education and field.
  • A Qualified Professional must have a bachelor's degree in a non-Human Services field with 4 years of full-time or 8 years of part-time applicable experience; a bachelor's degree in Human Services with 2 years of full-time or 4 years of part-time applicable experience; or a master's degree in Human Services with 1 year of full-time or 2 years of part-time applicable experience.
  • Experience working with adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual or developmental disability, and/or a substance use disorder, with 1 to 4 years required depending on education.
  • A valid United States driver's license is required.
  • A Qualified Professional certification is required.
  • The employee must maintain certification in all agency, state, and federal training requirements.
  • The employee must demonstrate knowledge of and comply with agency policies and procedures and applicable state and federal statutes and regulations.
  • The employee must demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.
  • Travel and driving may be required.
Responsibilities
  • Help individuals identify personal dreams and goals through personal outcome measures, skills training, and individualized dream plans.
  • Identify organizations for volunteer and employment opportunities and maintain relationships with those organizations.
  • Support individuals in developing long-term employment goals and complete or update each individual's career profile using information from the individual, mental health practitioners, family members, or past employers as permitted.
  • Assist individuals in understanding how earned income affects their benefits.
  • Discuss individuals' preferences for disclosing psychiatric status to employers, including potential costs, benefits, and information to disclose.
  • Develop holistic, integrated interventions.
  • Identify services, resources, and accommodations for individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing, have limited English proficiency, or are blind or visually impaired.
  • Coordinate services and collaborate with individuals and teams to develop and update individual employment plans.
  • Perform job development activities for individualized positions using the principles and procedures of Individual Placement and Support.
  • Develop and implement task analyses for individuals receiving services.
  • Perform activities that ensure individuals perform job tasks to the employer's satisfaction, including performing a participant's actual job duties when necessary.
  • Provide individualized follow-along support to help individuals maintain employment.
  • Provide employers with education and support, including negotiating job accommodations and maintaining follow-along contact when agreed upon by the individuals supported.
  • Provide outreach to individuals who miss appointments and identify barriers affecting their employment plans.
  • Spend at least 65% of scheduled work hours in the community performing job duties related to caseload employment plans.
  • Help individuals with career development, including finding more desirable jobs, requesting raises and promotions, and accessing public education and training programs.
  • Meet individual placement and billing goals set by the supervisor.
  • Adjust the work schedule to meet position demands.
  • Complete required documentation for people supported in a timely manner.
  • Communicate individual needs and progress to appropriate team members.
  • Help individuals receiving employment services access transportation and community resources.
  • Collaborate with behavioral health providers, families, natural supports, housing, transportation, and other community service providers.
  • Attend and participate in required meetings and training.
  • Follow emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.
  • Perform other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Fontana Reports $835.9M Gross Profit Growth

Fontana Limited reported a Q3 2025 gross profit of $835.9 million, a 15.2% increase from the previous year, driven by a 15.3% rise in revenue to $2.2 billion.
