Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Candidates for fully remote virtual positions must reside and practice in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Texas.
  • Candidates must be located outside of Northwest Permanente’s regional service area.
  • A minimum of three years of experience providing direct patient primary care after residency training.
  • Experience with telehealth and digital health, or adaptability to incorporate virtual care into practice.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care.
  • Provide a mix of telephonic and video visits for regional Kaiser Permanente members.
  • Manage a dedicated panel of patients aged 18 and older.
