Responsibilites
- Financial Analysis:
- Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and projections.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify key insights and opportunities.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis against actual results.
- Provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
- Data Management:
- Collect, organize, and maintain financial data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support financial analysis.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in compliance reporting and regulatory filings as required.
- Ad Hoc Projects:
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Take initiative to propose process improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years in a related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
