  • Resolve billing and subscription inquiries from customers and internal teams
  • Review, consolidate, and reconcile orders, contracts, invoices, and payments
  • Validate and update customer account information
  • Handle terminations and outstanding payment inquiries
  • Assist in coordinating hardware returns
  • Ensure SLAs related to customer contacts are exceeded
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions within CRM
  • Navigate CRM and systems to solve problems related to billing and subscriptions
  • Collaborate with peers and other departments
  • Consolidate feedback on system inefficiencies and prioritize improvements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and customer management
  • Handle other duties as defined by management
