Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing activities for Indirect spend categories, including professional services, HR, and corporate travel.
  • Negotiate contracts and develop supplier agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and procurement data to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing projects with company goals and priorities.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics for supplier management.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and ethical sourcing practices.
