Position Overview
As an Indirect Sourcing Lead at Polaris, you will play a key role in managing critical Indirect categories such as professional services, HR, travel, and more. You’ll be responsible for leading impactful sourcing projects, negotiating contracts, and building strategic supplier relationships that drive value for Polaris. Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities for Indirect spend categories, including professional services, HR, and corporate travel.
- Negotiate contracts and develop supplier agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and procurement data to inform sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing projects with company goals and priorities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for supplier management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and ethical sourcing practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
- Skilled in complex negotiation and supplier performance management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
- Familiarity with procurement software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
