Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, format, and organize legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, discovery materials, and other litigation-related documents for review and approval.
  • Coordinate insurance claim handling activities with third-party adjusters, insurance carriers, and outside counsel to support litigation and claims management processes.
  • Maintain and update electronic case files via SharePoint in accordance with company standards and records management procedures.
  • Manage and update the Litigation Spreadsheet to track the status and procedural history of assigned cases.
  • Track and monitor litigation deadlines, court dates, filing requirements, discovery obligations, and other critical case-related activities for assigned matters to ensure timely compliance.
  • Manage and update calendar invites for hearings, meetings, filing deadlines, mediations, and other important events.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel, insurance representatives, and internal departments to obtain information, records, and documentation related to litigation and claims matters.
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting.
  • Assist with document collection, review, organization, and production for litigation, discovery, subpoenas, and legal requests.
  • Assist in preparing draft discovery responses and related document production for review and approval.
  • Draft legal correspondence, settlement communications, claim-related letters, and other litigation-related communications for review and approval.
  • Review legal documents and filings for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with court rules and company standards before filing or distribution.
  • Assist with coordinating litigation strategy meetings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior litigation support staff and assist with training on litigation procedures, systems, and department processes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive legal, personnel, and company information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business administration, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in litigation support, legal administration, claims management, or a related legal support role is preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex litigation matters, insurance claims, or high-volume legal operations is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications or licenses are preferred where necessary to perform job duties.

IES Holdings subsidiary acquires Broadwind Texas facility for $19.5M

IES Holdings subsidiary IES Infrastructure has agreed to acquire Broadwind Heavy Fabrications' production facility in Abilene, Texas, for up to $19.5 million. The deal includes real property, equipment, machinery and related assets, with consideration comprising cash and non-cash value tied to a below-market lease arrangement. Approximately 140 employees involved in wind tower manufacturing are expected to transfer to IES Infrastructure after the lease term ends. The transaction was announced on 5 May 2026, following a definitive agreement signed on 30 April. IES Holdings reported second-quarter adjusted earnings per share of $4.16, up from $3.30 year-on-year, with revenue rising to $974.2 million from $834 million. The company maintains a backlog of approximately $3.9 billion, driven by strong demand in data centres and communications infrastructure.

IES director sells $3.8M in shares following 157% stock surge

IES Holdings director Todd Cleveland sold 7,500 shares of common stock valued at approximately $3.8 million across two transactions between 24 February and 4 March 2026, according to SEC filings. The sales represented about 8.9% of his direct holdings at the start of the period. The sale occurred following a 157% one-year total return in IESC stock and continues a multi-year pattern of position reduction. Cleveland's remaining direct holdings now stand at roughly half their April 2023 level, valued at approximately $34.1 million based on the 20 March closing price of $436.95. The 7,500-share sale was smaller than Cleveland's roughly 10,000-share median for previous open-market sales since April 2023. All transactions involved directly held common shares, with no derivative securities or indirect holdings affected.
