Netflix are adapting the steamy YA novel "icebreaker" Into a new series. Gossip Girl's Amanda Lasher will co-write and showrun the series. Netflix has announced that they are developing a new romantic drama series based on the New York Times bestseller "Icebreaker" by Hannah Grace. The novel, the first in the three-book 'Maple Hill' series, follows the competitive figure skater Anastasia Allen who only has eyes on an Olympic gold. But that soon changes when Nate Hawkins, an equally determined hockey player, is forced to share the rink with Anastasia.
