Requirements
- Support an enablement strategy to attract, develop and maintain relationships with various channel partners
- Build programs that build preference for Five9's customer experience / contact center software and services within partners' portfolios and sales teams
- Drive global sales results and pipeline development within key national (global) partners
- Drive partner enablement throughout the entire customer journey lifecycle
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partner channel sales and be creative about recommendations for continued improvement
- Proven experience in channel management within the software industry & demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Strong understanding of software products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute channel strategies
- Proficiency in CRM and channel management software
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events
- Proven experience working in a dynamic team focused on building exponential growth
- 6+ years of experience in software sales, partner development, or business development within a cloud-based environment
- A demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and grow business relationships successfully, with an emphasis on sales and partner processes
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Ability to describe trends and provide insight from KPI's
- Strong strategic thinking with a penchant for action and results
- Excellent project management and creative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communications skills, with a proven capability for public speaking, professional writing and active listening
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Drive a business plan that allows us to scale our services and develop a robust partner ecosystem for services across several disciplines
- Develop, deliver and execute viable plan(s) which will represent Five9's interest in promoting partner branding, as well as ensure Five9 is represented as the first and best option for AI & contact center solutions
- Collaborate with internal channel, sales and solutions teams to Develop Regional TSB/D Partner Training and Enablement programs
- Execute on these programs with partners to drive lead generation and increase sales conversions
- Provide regular reporting on TSB/D partner performance, pipeline and revenue generation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with and knowledge of Contact Center solutions and/or VoIP
- Experience with National Partners and/or Service Providers in cloud collaboration - CCaaS, UCaaS preferred
- Experience managing partnerships with consulting firms or systems integrators for an enterprise SaaS software solution
- This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid
