Requirements
  • Experience working in the sales and implementation phase with large Enterprise or institutional customers
  • Strong knowledge of how financial products and services work
  • Previous experience talking with customers and solving their problems
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems during calls with customers
  • Coding knowledge in Javascript and Python
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for financial institutions after contracts have been signed
  • Collaborate with project managers and software engineers to help deploy bank deposit account products and services to customers on-time and within budget
  • Grow the customer relationship through education, training, and implementation of best practices
  • Master how to use internal tools to deploy out-of-the-box and tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with customers, understand their problems, and design applications using internal tools to address their needs
  • Participate in weekly calls with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure project success
