Marcus & Millichap Phoenix is seeking a highly motivated Sales Office Assistant to provide support to Senior Vice President Investments. The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the utmost attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have superb organizational skills, be a problem solver and able to independently manage deadlines. The position is best suited for someone with an understanding of contracts, financing, and marketing, who wants to work in multifamily commercial real estate in the Phoenix market.
Responsibilities
- Prepare research for Marketing Packages & Proposals
- Assemble Contract Agreements for Agent use
- Create spreadsheets and data tables in Word and Excel
- Analyze property financials & reporting
- Assist SVP with client and prospect relations
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Commercial real estate, legal or financial services industry experience
- Understanding of or proficiency in “In-Design” software
