  • Having a complete understanding of the business in order to assess the HR implications of various business strategies

  • Partner with the executive and management teams of your assigned business unit, and team members within the HR Centers of Excellence to provide consultative guidance and optimal HR solutions to solve issues and complete key projects
  • Work with leaders and HR team members to implement HR best practices
  • Lead change management projects through influence
