- 4-5 years experience in marketing operations or marketing systems analysis, preferably in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment
- Proven proficiency in Braze, or similar B2C Marketing Automation platform, a must. Segment experience is highly valuable; Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience nice to have
- Proficient understanding of CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, and related compliance requirements as it relates to Marketing systems implementation and management
- Knowledge of full development lifecycles for software applications using tools such as Visio and JIRA highly desired
- Familiarity in reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics a plus
- Intermediate skills in general office systems, equipment and applications to support business needs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Project Management systems, etc)
- Must be able to work independently and apply good judgment
- Must be able to work within a team both as a leader and as a team member
- Must be able to analyze, evaluate, and determine the appropriate course of action
- Must be able to convey knowledge to customers, peers, and managers of widely diverse skill levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must be able to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to capture requirements, maintain clear and accurate feature documentation, and create customer stories
- Drive creative solutioning with our MarTech Engineering team to balance deliverables and resources with marketing needs, contributing extensive and insightful knowledge of these areas to the discussion
- Ability to operationalize and monitor performance of automated marketing journeys to enable business success
- Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams to ensure marketing journeys are operational and successful and take immediate actions in case of failures
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to quality check the campaigns and ensure it meets the teams' needs
- Ability to clearly communicate and write technical and campaign requirements for execution
- Monitor key metrics / KPIs and targets, proactively communicating progress to a variety of stakeholders. Periodically reviews metrics and targets to ensure alignment with Marketing objectives
- Act as a source of information on trends and innovation in Marketing Automation and Technology, bringing new ideas to the team for consideration
