  • Undergraduate degree in technical discipline or business. MBA a plus
  • 7+ years B2B and/or B2Gov sales, business development, and/or account management experience
  • Domain experience in construction/trades, logistics, public sector, etc. highly valued
  • Demonstrated sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skill
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively
  • Financial and contracting acumen
  • Passion for using CRM
  • Comfortable using remote selling and communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Become a subject matter expert in all Rivian commercial products and service offerings
  • Identify and empathize with customer needs and develop solutions and suggestions within our product options to meet those needs
  • Use Salesforce CRM to receive inbound leads and assess their viability
  • Exercise discipline in sales-related activities this will maximize your time and reach
  • Support positive customer outcomes by identifying opportunities to up-level the purchasing experience
  • Identify creative ways to strengthen the business relationship with our customers
  • Maintain an orderly clientele list and leverage networking activities to expand upon it
  • Manage a territory and/or specific vertical (or sets of verticals) in which you hold end-to-end sales responsibilities
