Intern for NA Hardware Business Planning

Description -

North America Analyst working to document status quo business management processes across SC Ops, Sales Ops, supplies category team, print category team, and Canada sales teams to provide a detailed assessment of gaps and provide recommendation on solutions to support our Canada Print business more effectively.  Position is located within the North America Print business management team and reports to the NA Category BMS manager.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and Category Marketing to map out current state.

• Collaborate with enterprise business planning teams to understand vision of where we are going.

• Provide a recommendation to NA Print leadership on revisions to operating model where needed.

• Participate weekly S&OP forums for Canada Category Directors to discuss/respond/decide on emerging business risks and opportunities.

• Ensure alignment on demand-supply and market share targets

Education and Experience:

• University Student 3rd Year Bachelor completed preferred.

• Internship with business management background

• Previous HP Internship preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Able to bring clarity and direction to complicated and detailed items

• Data mining and science, familiar with managing the details.

• Strong analytical ability, comfortable with lots of data and financial information with the know how to simplify and direct others for clear decision making

• Able to successfully complete multiple priorities on time

• Proven track record of managing and leading cross functional teams in an ambiguous environment.
