  • Contribute to the team’s overall service excellence by sharing best practices
  • Seek and escalate observations about areas for improvement in systems and service
  • Craft job aids, templates, and troubleshooting documents
  • Provide support to Sr. Ambassador by executing on solutions, initiatives, and strategies for PLACE Operators
  • Care deeply about the PLACE Operators and the success of your department
  • Perform all other Operator support duties as assigned
