  • 10+ years of experience supporting Government Developmental Test and Evaluation
  • 10+ years of experience working Test & Evaluation & Integration on space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs
  • 10+ years of experience with planning and executing System Integration of complex Space/Ground systems
  • Experience with supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
  • 10+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment developing test strategies/plans/reports/briefings, participation in test execution, verification or analysis
  • 10+ years in OPIR and 3+ years in MDPAF
  • Knowledge of systems engineering standards.
  • Ability to define, develop, maintain, and execute large scale system test plans and overarching test and evaluation strategy documents, including Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES), Test and Evaluation master Plans (TEMP), System Integration Test Plan (SITP), Enterprise Verification Plan (EVP), Verification Cross Reference Matrices (VCRM), and Requirements Verification Files (RVFs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all development and management of both mission specific and system specific integration and test plans, schedules, and resources.
  • Guild all collaboration with the IV&T team to make sure mission partners requirements and objectives are being met.
  • Oversee all integration and testing efforts with mission partner’s MUS and MUA into the OPIR framework.
  • Communicating/ presenting periodic updates on all IV&T efforts to key stakeholders.
  • Improve overall application integration, testing and validation processes and continuously find ways to modernize and improve performance.
