Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Integration, Verification & Test Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to work within the FORGE C2 program to support the framework that hosts OPIR applications critical to the defense of our country.
The Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution System (FORGE) is a program that will utilize the resources and capabilities of both the legacy Space Based-Infrared System (SBIRS) and the Next Generation OPIR system. FORGE will use current ground architecture to leverage newer technologies, facilitate the addition of new systems, and incorporate these into a common C2 architecture that includes infrastructure, platform, and core services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Facilitate all development and management of both mission specific and system specific integration and test plans, schedules, and resources.
- Guild all collaboration with the IV&T team to make sure mission partners requirements and objectives are being met.
- Oversee all integration and testing efforts with mission partner’s MUS and MUA into the OPIR framework.
- Communicating/ presenting periodic updates on all IV&T efforts to key stakeholders.
- Improve overall application integration, testing and validation processes and continuously find ways to modernize and improve performance.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience supporting Government Developmental Test and Evaluation
- 10+ years of experience working Test & Evaluation & Integration on space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs
- 10+ years of experience with planning and executing System Integration of complex Space/Ground systems
- Experience with supporting overall engineering integration of Systems Engineering and Integration efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
- 10+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment developing test strategies/plans/reports/briefings, participation in test execution, verification or analysis
- 10+ years in OPIR and 3+ years in MDPAF
- Knowledge of systems engineering standards.
- Ability to define, develop, maintain, and execute large scale system test plans and overarching test and evaluation strategy documents, including Test and Evaluation Strategy (TES), Test and Evaluation master Plans (TEMP), System Integration Test Plan (SITP), Enterprise Verification Plan (EVP), Verification Cross Reference Matrices (VCRM), and Requirements Verification Files (RVFs)
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline
- Active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
- Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systems
- Experience with portfolio and program verification, interoperability, certification
- Experience with planning, executing, and reporting on Lead Developmental Test Organization or Operational Test Authority (OTA) Organizations and related activities
- Experience with planning and executing program reviews throughout the lifecycle of the system
- Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
- Master’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP)
- Active TS/SCI

Salary Range:
