Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day activities for the assigned procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or record-to-report tower.
  • Partner with internal teams and external business partners on key tower activities and objectives.
  • Maintain, file, and/or distribute required documentation for internal and external purposes.
  • Work on departmental and strategic projects and collaborate with project and product managers.
  • Balance workload and provide continuous improvement insights and recommendations to managers and leaders.
  • Learn and execute tasks related to delivery of the assigned tower.
  • Coordinate with other teams to provide or receive information as needed.
  • Support work for internal or external customers.
  • Create regular reports for leadership and assist with or produce other requested reports.
  • Raise risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify and present possible improvements to upper management.
  • Execute month-end and year-end processes.
  • Monitor and work toward meeting defined key performance indicators and service-level agreements.
  • Assist the manager with gathering data, research, and analysis.
  • Work with project teams and business partners to complete project goals.
  • Prioritize assignments and ensure quality and accuracy of work.
  • Seek further knowledge of new tools and technologies, including analytics, intelligent automation, and robotics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of financial shared-services processes and tools.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and other accounting software programs.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting and/or finance principles and practices, statistical methodology, generally accepted accounting principles, and generally accepted auditing standards.
  • Ability to work independently and complete work on schedule within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present clear, concise administrative and financial reports.

Lowe's beats Home Depot with 1.3% sales growth as AI tools boost customer service
