Responsibilities
  • Responsible for gathering and organizing assessment data and results to support risk reporting and monitoring processes.
  • Advises, designs, and/or validates the status of IT controls and processes and assists in the design of corrective actions to address control deficiencies.
  • Monitors and evaluates operational, service, and performance data through automated reporting and regular communication.
  • Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
  • Performs enhancement reviews and facilitates discussions on quality issues and current trends.
  • Leads the assessments of levels of risk and compliance (deriving from external and internal threats) across Centene.
  • Communicates, consults, and assists in remediation of control findings and gaps with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching.
  • Shares knowledge and develop staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices.
  • Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
