  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate event planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role
  • A proven track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale corporate events, preferably within the tech industry
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse group of professionals
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a network of industry connections

Responsibilities
  • Lead the corporate events strategy to align with Zinnia’s brand, business goals, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and plan impactful corporate events that support business objectives
  • Oversee the planning and execution of major corporate events from concept through post-event analysis, ensuring flawless delivery
  • Develop and manage event budgets, including forecasting, monitoring, and reconciling expenses, while driving cost efficiencies without compromising quality
  • Negotiate contracts with high-profile vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure premium event experiences
  • Direct event logistics and operations, ensuring smooth execution, including venue selection, catering, AV, guest services, and risk management
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to elevate brand presence through event promotion, digital content, and on-site experiences
  • Lead a team of event planners and coordinators, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture
  • Provide executive-level reporting, including post-event analysis, metrics, and strategic insights to continuously improve event planning processes
