Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (technical degree preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Relevant Industry Certifications and classes are a plus: Project Management (i.e., PMP, PRINCE II), Technology, Ethics, Communication, Business, Management
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to translate requirements, goals, and directives into well-structured tasks and plans, including deployment, support, communication plans, as well as organizing project tasks, pre-requisites, order of execution, etc
  • Capable of understanding client issues and requests, then translating them into clear deliverables for the teams
  • Polished communicator, well organized, detail oriented, and hands on
  • Possess an eagerness to learn the details of the platform and services we provide, including technically (how they work), the client's perspective (how they are used), and business operations (how they are supported)
  • MS Project, MS Office suite, Lucid Charts, Confluence, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Monday.com (project management tool)
  • Bilingual/multilingual a plus
Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding of enterprise clients and partners across multiple teams and through all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring delivery on time, in scope, and within budget
  • Lead an effective client intake process as prerequisite to establishing deliverables, resource requirements, as well as potential budget constraints
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client, stake holders, partners, operations team, technical teams, other functional teams, and vendors through the delivery of each project
  • Work directly with clients (at all levels of management) to establish and define scope, high level, and detailed requirements. Demonstrate knowledge of the products and services currently available as well as act as a conduit to the client for any engineering initiatives
  • Track and report all project expenditures, ensure timely and accurate invoicing as appropriate
  • Manage all facets of project artifacts and documentation (project intake, business requirements, specifications, training material, flow diagrams, communication artifacts, approvals, etc.)
  • Memorialize project artifacts, establish lessons learned, and apply to future projects
  • Manage and track all deliverables to the work/project plan, own the plan, ensure on time, on scope and on budget delivery. Collaborate with other project managers, Operations leaders, and other business stakeholders to align resources to the plan
  • Establish communication plans and schedules. Provide regularly scheduled project updates to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings with clients, partners, integrators, and internal resources such as operations, legal, finance, product, engineering teams, system integration, and others as needed
  • Coordinate and manage vendor or 3rd party work streams. Closely align with client and vendor project managers on timely and successful delivery
  • Act as the single point of contact for all delivery streams on the project
