Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience supporting demand generation for a specific region
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing programs that drive quantifiable results and accelerate enterprise B2B sales pipelines
  • Experience driving both in-person and virtual events with a goal of pipeline generation
  • A strong proponent of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and region-specific marketing strategies, with the ability to measure their success
  • Experience collaborating directly with Sales, Sales Development, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams
  • Possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering productive relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Willing to travel, no more than 20% of time
Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute regional demand generation and programs aligned with the HackerOne global go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage HackerOne’s sponsorship at regional tradeshows, including event logistics and promotions.
  • Manage HackerOne’s proprietary regional events programme.
  • Develop innovative content syndication initiatives to reach key decision-makers in the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams to define targeted marketing programs based on account segmentation and sales needs.
  • Lead data-driven planning sessions with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to ensure comprehensive pipeline coverage across the funnel.
  • Champion the voice of the Sales team within the Marketing department, translating their priorities into actionable marketing tactics and messaging.
  • Educate and empower the SDR and Sales team on how to leverage marketing campaigns and materials to maximize pipeline generation and conversion rates.
