Requirements
  • A degree, certification, or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, business, English, journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a marketer, preferably in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
  • Proposal experience.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, organizational, attention-to-detail, multitasking, writing, copy editing, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in person at the Fort Myers, Florida, office.
  • Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion.
  • A valid driver's license, safe driving history, and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Work with the Southwest Florida-based Marketing and Proposals team to pursue new work, emphasizing projects in South Florida.
  • Retrieve and track requests for proposals and requests for qualifications.
  • Support proposal plan preparation and production.
  • Create, edit, and organize PowerPoint presentations.
  • Write, catalog, and update project materials, including project descriptions and team resumes.
  • Produce hard-copy proposal documents from the Fort Myers office as needed.
  • Travel to client locations to deliver proposals on occasion.
  • Support special events and trade shows on occasion.
  • Perform quality-control tasks for marketing materials, including proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews.
  • Fulfill other marketing tasks as needed.
