  • 5+ years of experience with budget planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity)
  • Possess the ability to manage and complete projects with automony
  • Strong business partnering skills
  • Experience working with immense data sets
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Understands core accounting and financial management
  • Excellent Excel, financial modeling, and presentation skills
  • Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and Tableau are a plus
  • Experience in digital advertising and technology companies preferred
  • Partner with cross functional teams to build, enrich, and analyze expense dashboards
  • Actively collaborate with business partners to coordinate budget planning and adherence, as well as to identify financial risks and opportunities
  • Analyze historical results against budgets and forecasts, and perform variance analysis to explain changes in performance and make suggestions to further drive forecasting improvements and operating decisions
  • Manage the monthly internal financial reporting package and track key KPIs used in investor calls
  • Collaborate with and support the commercial teams in forecasting and analyzing programmatic revenue trends using multiple systems (SalesForce, TableauCRM, and proprietary software systems)
  • Help track revenue pacing to goal and provide insights on metrics driving growth
  • Assist in gathering data to be utilized in investor-relations presentations, as well as ongoing investor updates and reporting
  • Strive to improve processes, reporting and procedures, take on other duties as needed to assist the team and delegating assignments to direct report(s)
  • Provide guidance and feedback to direct report(s) to tackle projects, meet deadlines, and assess personal performance
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of programmatic environments, SSPs/DSPs, and how digital media is transacted is a plus
