Senior Data Engineer

• Lead and support strategic and operational planning initiatives across enterprise IT programs.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Provide subject matter expertise in at least three of the following domains:
  • Business, information, solution, or technical architecture
  • Application development
  • Middleware integration
  • Information analysis
  • Database management
  • Multitier operations environments
• Support the development of roadmaps, capability assessments, and modernization strategies.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable plans and technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering).
• Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in:
  • Strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis.
  • At least three technical disciplines such as architecture, development, middleware, data analysis, or operations in a multitier environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or Information Systems Management.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DODAF).
• Experience supporting federal or large-scale enterprise IT environment.
