Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices (approx. 1,000/month) and expenses.
  • Conduct rigorous verification of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Proactively address discrepancies and assist in resolving issues.
  • Engage in special projects and assignments as directed by the Accounting Operations Manager.
  • Inquire and enter the Vendor onboarding data, upload digital documents related to accounts payable, such as construction lien releases, contracts, purchase orders, and agreements.
  • Handle inquiries from vendors regarding payments, invoices, credit memos and discrepancies.
  • Reconcile monthly statements submitted by vendors to ensure all of the invoices and credit memos are in the system, accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in month-end workbook preparation and execute account reconciliation tasks.
  • Facilitate periodic financial reporting preparation tasks.
  • Participate in finance and accounting orientated ad hoc projects.

Neuralink is developing a fully implantable brain-computer interface (BCI) called the Link, utilizing advanced, custom, low-power chips and electronics to process neural signals and enable fast and reliable computer control. The Link is designed to have at least 1024 electrodes and fully wireless communication through the skin, prioritizing safety and ease of use for individuals with paralysis.
