Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and distribution of standard UHF, cellular, and Push-to-Talk (PTT) radios.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of functional radios for events.
  • Conduct regular checks and troubleshooting to maintain the integrity of the radio fleet.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive radio communication strategies tailored to the unique requirements of sporting events and hospitality management.
  • Collaborate with event organizers and hospitality teams to understand communication needs and challenges.
  • Design and maintain radio fleet maps for various event venues and hospitality locations.
  • Ensure efficient radio coverage throughout the designated areas, considering potential interference and signal strength.
  • Develop training programs to educate staff on proper radio usage, etiquette, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for event personnel, emphasizing effective communication practices and emergency procedures.
  • Establish and communicate emergency response protocols through the radio communication system.
  • Coordinate with security teams, medical personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure swift and effective response during critical situations.
  • Provide technical support to radio users during events, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous functionality.
  • Stay informed about advancements in radio communication technology and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of radio inventory, issues, and resolutions.
  • Generate post-event reports that highlight areas for improvement and successful implementations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in the ticketing, travel, or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
