Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish (required)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager
  • HUD/Section 8 and Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is required
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solver with innovative thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with RealPage OneSite (preferred)
  • ARM certification is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
  • Supervise and lead on-site team members
  • Handle marketing, leasing, and resident relations
  • Collect rent and manage delinquencies
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure property standards
  • Oversee vendor contracts, purchasing, and invoice approvals
  • Manage recertification processes and compliance
  • Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
