- A technical BEP, vocational baccalaureate, or BTS-level formation, preferably in industrial maintenance or construction or agricultural equipment maintenance.
- Professional mechanical experience and experience with construction and public works equipment.
- Rigorous working practices and the ability to provide service and work as part of a team.
- Ensure the technical, safety, and presentation compliance and condition of equipment offered for rental.
- Guarantee workshop safety and work organization, including planning, interventions, and equipment repairs.
- Coordinate the workshop team and plan workshop and yard activities and intervention priorities.
- Train the workshop team when necessary or propose training.
- Conduct a weekly yard inspection with the yard and branch managers.
- Prepare quotations and supplier purchase orders and optimize purchasing to stay within the annual budget.
- Check the conformity of purchased parts and services upon receipt.
- Schedule periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with customers and manage their follow-up.
- Maintain workshop activity tracking documents, including revision checklists, equipment records, and intervention reports.
- Report work progress against established objectives.
- Manage the stock of parts and consumables.
- Perform equipment maintenance and repairs and ensure proper completion of regulatory inspections.
- Diagnose breakdowns and, when necessary, perform troubleshooting at worksites.
- Inspect interventions and repairs completed by subcontractors.
