Requirements
  • A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) credential is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required; a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Regular full attendance is required for the assigned shift.
  • The ability to understand and implement instructions, guidelines, and pertinent information necessary to complete daily tasks and assignments is required.
  • The role requires the ability to move, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • The role requires the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Hand tools are required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform Department of Transportation (DOT)-compliant maintenance on all vehicles and equipment within the fleet.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on all vehicles and equipment within the fleet.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major systems, including engines, transmissions, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) systems, air-conditioning systems, and driver safety mitigation devices and systems.
  • Use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting and repair.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
  • Provide safe and efficient trucks to drivers.

  • Participation in continued learning through training opportunities is supported.
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) qualification is a plus.
