Requirements
  • 5+ years administering and securing Microsoft Power Platform environments in enterprise organizations
  • Experience designing and implementing governance programs for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, or related Microsoft platforms

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement governance controls across Power Platform environments
  • Develop and maintain remediation playbooks aligned with enterprise security requirements
  • Identify security, compliance, and governance gaps and drive remediation efforts
  • Support onboarding and operationalization of new security controls
  • Improve visibility into platform security posture through reporting, dashboards, and governance metrics
  • Build and maintain automation using PowerShell, REST APIs, Power Platform Admin APIs, Microsoft Graph, and related technologies
  • Develop tooling to reduce manual governance and compliance activities
  • Create scalable workflows for policy enforcement, monitoring, remediation, and reporting
  • Support secure-by-default deployment and operational governance practices
  • Partner with security, engineering, compliance, and platform operations teams
  • Translate business and security objectives into actionable technical solutions
  • Facilitate discussions, make recommendations, and help drive decisions
  • Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Help establish repeatable governance processes and operating models
  • Reduce dependency on tribal knowledge through documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability
  • Contribute to long-term governance and risk reduction strategies
  • Take high-level objectives and independently create execution plans
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and opportunities
  • Drive work forward without waiting for detailed instructions
  • Demonstrate ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks
  • Bring recommendations and solutions to stakeholders
  • Build trust through clear communication, accountability, and follow-through
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution
  • Operate effectively in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
