We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst to join our Component Foams (CF) team, supporting the U.S. and Canadian markets. In this role, you’ll serve as a true business partner—turning financial data into actionable insights that guide product strategy, customer decisions, and margin growth.
This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business analytics—particularly in a manufacturing or product-based environment. Your ability to dive into customer, product, pricing, and margin performance will make you a key player in our strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Partner & Influence
Collaborate with CF leadership and the GM to evaluate business performance and shape decisions.
Provide strategic support on pricing, product mix, and customer profitability.
Develop and communicate business cases for new products and growth opportunities.
Analyze & Optimize
Assess margin performance and identify cost/mix/pricing levers to drive profitability.
Monitor customer and SKU-level pricing to prevent revenue leakage.
Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI) to enable real-time decision-making.
Plan & Report
Own key elements of the CF business forecast, budget, and strategic plan in coordination with Finance and Commercial leaders.
Deliver clear, visual presentations of complex data for executive audiences.
Contribute to working capital and capital investment planning by supporting inventory, AR, and CapEx analysis.
Lead Projects
Support financial systems enhancements, scenario modeling, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
Contribute to projects such as acquisition modeling, product launches, and investment prioritization.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
5–10 years in Finance, FP&A, business analysis, or a commercial strategy role.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or product-driven environments strongly preferred.
Strong data and analytics skills—fluent in Excel, with working knowledge of SAP, HFM, and BI tools.
Ability to simplify complex data into clear business recommendations.
Comfortable working across functions and presenting to senior leadership.

The expected annual salary for this role is $105,000.00 - $125,000.00.
The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
