Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand their business problems, generate technical architecture, and assist in setting solution scope
  • Conduct strategic planning and roadmap development in collaboration with customers
  • Lead in Mergers & Acquisitions projects, including O365 product movement, Microsoft licensing, security, compliance & end-point management
  • Develop and design architecture standards and best practices for End User Computing (EUC) environments
  • Architect and deploy Intune solutions for device management, security, and compliance
  • Integrate Intune with existing systems and applications
  • Leverage Quest’s expertise in managing M&A technology transitions and tools for efficient Active Directory management, migration, and recovery
  • Implement Quest solutions for identity and access management
  • Ensure seamless directory synchronization across hybrid environments
  • Serve as an escalation point for project teams, helping them overcome roadblocks
  • Drive projects to successful completion, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to other Architects and Engineers
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams during M&A activities
  • Manage project milestones, ensuring timely solution delivery
  • Develop and drive team standards and assist with internal projects to mature the Modern Workplace solutions and Concurrency offerings
  • Author functional requirements and detailed technical design documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and vendors
