About the job:
Reporting into the VP of Customer Experience with a dotted line to the Director of Customer Experience, this role will be responsible for all project management on the CX team through to execution as well as creating, optimizing and tracking of metric improvement. The CX Sr Project Manager will partner with all CX leaders to report out weekly and monthly metrics while tracking actions for improvement/goal tracking. This role will work closely with cross functional teams to represent CX and ensure the entire CX organization is aware of, and prepared for, changes that impact our team and our customers.
- Maintain, oversee execution of all CX projects through accountability.
- Maintain project tracking software for CX.
- Maintain and report out weekly business review (WBR) metrics.
- Maintain and report out weekly CX updates to the larger audience.
- Lead partnerships with other orgs internally to create a better customer experience/journey.
- Experience in Asana or other project management tools
- Experience working with cross functional teams using project management tools and reporting out shared KPIs
- 2-5 years customer experience preferred
- 2-5 years experience in cross functional work preferred
- Prior work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

An estimate of the current salary range is $100,000 - $150,000. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
