Private equity firm Valeas Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in Calabasas-based TicketManager, an event ticket and guest management services provider, for $100 million.
Vista Equity Partners Management LLC is acquiring Acumatica Inc. from EQT AB, with Moelis & Co. and Jefferies Group LLC as financial advisers. Valeas Capital Partners Management LP has acquired a majority stake in TicketManager. Align Capital Partners LP invested in Strata Landscape Services. Three Hills led a €105 million round in Mech I Tronic Srl. GSR Ventures and Mizuho Leaguer Investment participated in a series A round for Notta Co. Ltd., and Mizuho Capital led a round for StartupClass Co. Ltd.
Valeas Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in TicketManager, committing $110 million to support its growth. TicketManager's co-founder and CEO Tony Klopp and COO Ken Hanscom will retain a minority interest. The transaction is expected to close in June 2025.
According to the terms of the deal, Valeas is committing $110 million to support TicketManager’s strategic growth plans.
