  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience is required; multifamily experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate-level skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades are required.
  • Working knowledge of appliances is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • The ability to diagnose routine HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues is required.
  • The ability to complete full make-ready turns independently is required.
  • Safe use of meters and diagnostic tools is required.
  • Proficiency with work-order systems and basic computer and mobile technology is required.
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.
  • Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected.
  • The role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and use of hands and arms.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds independently is required.
  • The ability to respond promptly to visual and auditory alarms is required.
  • The ability to use close, distance, color, and depth vision and adjust focus is required.
  • The ability to work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions is required.
  • Working at a personal computer for administrative tasks and using mobile devices in the field is required.
Responsibilities
  • Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
  • Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
  • Participate in move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Maintain inventory and shop organization.
  • Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
  • Operate tools and diagnostic equipment safely and follow chemical safety procedures.
  • Maintain a personal tool inventory.
  • Complete required safety and compliance training.
  • Support and guide Technician I team members when needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Universal EPA Certification is preferred.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred where applicable.
